Jose Gloria, LMSW, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) counselor who is passionate about helping individuals uncover the root causes behind the challenges that keep them feeling stuck. He believes that healing begins with kindness and curiosity, creating a safe space where clients can explore their stories without judgment and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
Jose earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Baylor University and his Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Texas and Kansas and is supervised by Annie Targos, LCSW.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Systems theory, and the Enneagram, Jose helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, relationship struggles, and life transitions. His strengths-based approach focuses on identifying each person's unique gifts and developing practical strategies for lasting growth and change.
Before entering counseling, Jose spent several years as a personal trainer, where he enjoyed teaching cardio kickboxing and helping others reach their goals. In his free time, he enjoys a good slice of carrot cake, a Hershey’s Almond Bar, and an occasional peppermint mocha.
