Leah Niccolls is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a passion for walking alongside individuals in life’s most painful and challenging seasons. With experience in the foster care system, trauma clinics, group counseling centers, and private practice, Leah brings deep clinical insight and compassion to her work with clients ages 12 and up.

Her counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that at the core of every struggle is a disruption in relationship; whether with ourselves, others, or God. As a Christian counselor, Leah blends truth and grace, modeling the redemptive way of Christ while helping clients uncover and heal deep-rooted issues. She takes an eclectic, evidence-based approach to therapy, personalizing care to meet each individual’s story and needs.

Leah is especially skilled in working with trauma, emotional wounds, and issues related to sexuality and identity. She is trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and frequently incorporates play therapy techniques with younger clients.

Believing that lasting healing is only possible through the redemptive hope of Jesus Christ, Leah considers it a sacred privilege to support clients as they pursue freedom, healing, and wholeness.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling all from Dallas Baptist University. She has pursued additional training in multiple therapeutic modalities and is currently earning her Certification in Biblical Sexuality Ministry through the Institute of Biblical Sexuality.
